Last week I was so lucky to capture my friend Ronalin at the height of her pregnancy. To me there is nothing more beautiful than a pregnant woman. That whole thing about there being a glow? It’s real.
The irony is that, from my experience, when women are pregnant, they are their own harshest critics. I never felt beautiful when I was pregnant. I just felt . . . large and uncomfortable.
But when I look at my friend, I am amazed at what she’s doing. She’s got style, grace and looks like she stuck a basketball under her shirt! No matter what she says, I hope she knows that I think she is absolutely beautiful.

Thanks Samantha for making a 35 week old pregnant woman look pretty good. More than that, thank you for being my best friend and a great support through thick and thin. Love you much! Now my girls have pictures to remember what their mother looked like pregnant when they are future mommies.

As you, I think pregnant women are so beautiful and have a special glow. But I understand that when one is pregnant, she can feel as you described. And probably it's normal, there's a baby growing inside, it's not something that happens as a daily basis to one life's...
I am really looking forward to the day I'll be pregnant (I hope this day comes), it must be incredible to feel the baby inside you!
