Buckets to Build & A Free Printable . . .

IMG_9165

The past week has been an experiment in contrasts for me.  On the children front, it’s been a tough one.  There has been sickness at every turn. When my children are ill, everyone suffers and it has done a great job of wearing me down both physically and emotionally.

On the other hand, it has been an emotionally and spiritually rewarding week for me as I have spent some time each day focusing on a woman I might build up and encourage.  I should not be surprised that all I had to do is ask God each morning who I could help and He would let me know with a small thought, a seemingly strange coincidence or an all-out bonk on the head. I should also not be surprised that there is heartache, sorrow and loneliness out there going unnoticed and unhelped. We’ve got to change, ladies!

Recognizing other women – their struggles, their successes, their very existence – has been the little light to me in what was otherwise a crazy rough week.  In return, other women have also met my needs during  this hard time and I am so grateful for how they have helped to build my strength and confidence.

I’m excited to have three more weeks of building ahead of me. I’ve got lots of plans in the works. Yay for the month of March!

I found these darling Spring pails in the Dollar Spot at Target last week.  I thought they’d be fun to fill with some homemade cookies.  While the cookies are delicious and chocolate always makes me feel better about myself, I knew the tag attached to the pail could be key to putting a smile on another woman’s face, so I spent some time playing around on my computer and came up with a few options.

Today, for the first time since I started blogging almost four years ago, I am pleased to share with you a free pdf printable of these “Be A Builder” gift tags.  You can find them here.

I enjoy pretending to be a graphic designer sometimes.  I hope you’ll enjoy using these tags to make other women feel happy.

Please leave a comment if you find this printable helpful and would like to see more printables of my “graphic design” in the future.  Also, if you feel so obliged, tell a friend about these printables.  Let’s start a great chain of women building up women!

What a pretty way to build up other women. The spring colors alone make me smile, but your labels are darling. Can't wait to hear how your buckets of gratitude (and sugary goodness) go over.

Dear Dragonfly,

You are a phenomenal builder of women. And you ARE a graphic designer. Ain't no if's, and's, or but's about it. I have proof that you are a master of design and I'm not afraid to share it.

Sincerely,

TK
