We’re back from a quick getaway. We took our kids to Baltimore for a few days. A day at the National Aquarium, a night at an Oriole’s game,a day at the Children’s Museum and a hotel with a pool and free breakfast put a smile on every face. Oh, and did I mention we took friends with us? So basically, it was a PARTY!
Hannie B. and best bud Abbykadabby belted the tunes from Wicked in the car. They are loud and spastic, but in a good way.
RedDog and his pal CJay were happy to explore the animals and sea life in the many exhibits. These two are inseparable. I’m so glad he has a best bud.
The Owlie boy scanned his groceries at the Children’s Museum. Also in his cart: waffles, Cheez-its, a banana and rootbeer – pretty much his usual diet. He hung out with his future wife too. They’ve bonded over their love of pacifiers.
Big C was the odd man out, but he didn’t mind. He helped with the little kids, hung out with the adults or found ways to keep busy, like by surrounding himself with a life-sized bubble.
My favorite thing, aside from spending time with great friends, was the jellyfish exhibit at the Aquarium. What are you doing for Spring Break?

Sounds like fun! I remember when we went to the museum with you, sweet memories, with sweet friends.
Love all the pics. Big C is really big.
Our spring break plan: go with the flow, eat good food, play with the kids, stay up late, sleep in.
So happy that you had such a great adventure. The jelly fish pics are very cool.
It's odd to me that you are enjoying Spring Break and we are already counting down the days to the end of school. 37 days. (In case you were interested.)
