Is Anyone Missing A Child?

Because seriously, this kid can't be mine! It's been three years since he threw us all for a huge loop and requested 'matoes' from the grocery store and then proceeded to chow down on them like they were candy. The Hubby and I are still confused, since there isn't a single other person in this house that likes fresh tomatoes - it just isn't in the DNA!

This picture will make the Queen happy because she's the one who gave RedDog this straight-from-the-garden mato. In only two minutes he'd gobbled the whole thing down with a sprinkling of salt a dash of pepper and a huge smile.

Red Dog eats red 'matoes. Delish. What good taste you have, Red Dog!

Are you sure it's not in the DNA?

I know some fair-haired folk, young and old, who gorge on garden grown, cherry and romano for what they are: fruit.

And this is why he and Squirrel are meant for each other. They can just raise various kinds of gourmet tomatoes together and gorge to their hearts content.

So long as they reserve some heirloom tomatoes for me. I seriously can't find them around here.

Come by my house little Red Dog! I will eat fresh tomatoes with you until the cows come home. OR until your mama makes you come back home.

Of course it's in his DNA! A healthy snack for a cute Red Doggie and a good cancer fighter. The rest of the Lees just don't know what they are missing. Fresh picked from the garden "maters" are a true gourmet treat.

When I was little and went with my mom to the market place, I would ask her every time to buy me a tomato to eat there at the moment. Actually, one of the farmers ended up knowing me for the "girl who eats tomatoes". I just love them!!! They are delicious!!!
