Not To Cast Aside The Important, But . . .

Okay, the recap of the walk is coming, and I don't want you to think I'm not going to get to it - I am . . . but I had to post this because it is good with a capital G! Start drooling ladies, I think Edward might work out after all.

Man ... my imagination is so much better than that. It's just not how I pictured him. I saw the PERFECT Edward at a pizza place one time. I even stalkingly took a picture with my cellphone but it didn't turn out. I am SOO excited for this movie, but I hope I can enjoy it because I can picture every detail of those books so perfectly.

Ok, I didn't like the way he said "seventeen" but then I liked him toward the end. I think I'm going to be going back and forth the whole time. Therefore - I need to just let it go and have fun with the movie. I do think I like Bella. And, I believe I'm going to like the way they are doing the film - the effects and mood look cool. More SciFi, less teen angst and I'm totally cool with that angle.
This poor movie. It's like Harry Potter and DaVinci Code - they barely stand a chance.

Twilighters, how many times am I going to have to make this plea? Just let go of your freakishly obsessive criticisms and get ready to enjoy this film.

My biggest hope at this point is that Stephenie Meyer doesn't regret making this movie because her overzealous fans are going to tear it to shreds minute detail by minute detail.

The joy of the book is that you do get to imagine Edward, Bella and crew in your own mind. But you can still accept who they've cast and move on with it.

I have whined about who they picked for Jane in the BBC Pride and Predjudice for years, but I realize now that she is the Jane to me because I've watched it over and over and have accepted.

You've got seven months and six days to GET OVER IT!!!!

Fine. But I'm excited to read book 4 with the Edward in my mind before he forever transforms into the Edward from the movie. I will miss my mind's Edward. He's hot.

Julie, you are hilarious. When are you going to come to DC? I totally have a single friend that needs to marry you.

Heck yes! That is what I need to hear. I'm thinking I need to use this blog thing as a network to finding single guys for me. Put the feelers out, you know? Get a network going. Who is this guy? Bring him (them) on!!!!

You guys need to look at Edwards face when he is answering Bella's questions. HE SERIOUSLY LOOKS LIKE HE WANTS TO EAT HER ALIVE!! Watch it again if you don't believe me. I personally cannot wait to see this movie!!

Sam- Your blog is so entertaining, I've decided to start leaving comments. Aren't you all lucky? HA! Edward is totally workin' for me...not sure what that says about my imagination, but for now I'll just sit back and enjoy the ride. As for the VIPER post by Shar...I'm not so impressed with the fruit salad. Just tell me where to get one of those splash guards with the drop zone. All I need to say is three boys...three boys!
