This is my man!
Isn't he cute? Can't you just see him applying all of his Eagle Scout skills to building something perfect for a chilly night - a night with crisp leaves beginning to fall and kids bursting with extra energy. A night where a wife made known her sincere desire for a favorite treat? A perfect Fall night! This man always tries to make me happy, so last night, he built me this:
Then we gathered our wee ones around, warmed their fingers and toes and made some of these while enjoying the orange glow of the fire:
Thank you Hubby! You are the best. This treat and this night totally hit the spot. The smokey clothes and grumpy kids this morning - very worth it. Let's make this a new tradition, shall we? On the first chilly night of Fall, we'll gather round a fire built by you, and gorge on chocolatey marshmallow love! We'll call it:PS. Hubby, I love you so much more than I love s'mores.

I'm very jealous of you smorie goodness.
I think your man needs a nickname. Perhaps Manly Tamer of the Flames? Lord of Lords? Uber Hubby?
A man building a fire for his wife. There's something elemental about it...going way back.
Life doesn't get much better than sharing the simple pleasures of a fall night with family.
We love a good fall fire with yummy treats!!!
Fire up the fire pit and throw another mellow on it add a cold fall night as the perfect accessory. What do you get .... A great experience and now memory for the Lees of Leesburg.
Just when we think our days are plugged with too many commitments to schedule one more, you show us how it can be done. Family, that's what it's all about. Happy Autumn, Lee family.
