How Can I Not?

Photography by Jason Delhoyo

Have you ever seen a more radiant and gorgeous bald woman in your life? How can I not walk for this amazing gal? Had to post this picture as soon as I saw it.

Now that she's put a smile on your face, go and say a quick prayer for the "Boob Crew" that we will have some lovely weather for our walk. Right now there is a torrential downpour here, and though we need it to help our drought situation, we don't need it on May 3 & 4!

What a beautiful family! I love that picture. Very inspiring indeed.

On a side note I love the name "Boob Crew." Totally made me snort when I read it.

I am lovin' the name "boob crew" I may have to adopt that title. Our dearest friend and neighbor from VA has been battling breast cancer the past 2 1/2 yrs. She has even volunteered for a study at John Hopkins the past yr for a vaccine. She is amazing. Her scans came back last week as clear, a total miracle. Steve's sister also was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and her one yr scans a few weeks ago were also clear. I have a great appreciation for you and Audrey. You are amazing! Thank you.

Linnea is beautiful as are her children. A simply fab picture. Please add Karla Smirth to your t-shirt when you walk.

Hey Sam! I was reading a friend of mines blog. On it she had a list of blogs that she loves reading but she states that she doesn't actually "know" the people who write them. Guess who's blog was at the top of the list? Yeah you guessed it! COMPOUND EYE!! She also listed Bah Bah Blacksheep. I just wanted you to know that people think you are cool and interesting!! (Cause you are of course!)

I'm so proud of you and excited for you to do this walk. I did one 8 years ago and walked from San Jose to San Francisco. It is an incredible experience! I am definitely keeping Linnea and your Dad in my prayers!
