S.N.O.W.

That's an acronym for Some Nights Of Wonder!

I don't know why it happens, but I'm glad it does. When the world is covered in a beautiful blanket of white, and all is quiet and still, I feel this certain sense of peace and happiness. I think it is safe to say that I would be quite miserable if I ever had to live in a place that didn't get snow.

The kids spent Tuesday night out in it - squealing with delight in between mitten and mouthful of the cold, delicious white stuff. We let them eek out every last minute of fun in the dark, knowing that school would be either cancelled or delayed the next day. It was one of those magical moments - my three kiddoes harmoniously coexisting, illuminated by only the white lights in our pine trees and Christmas garland, experiencing that true joy of childhood - playing in the snow. This was the moment that sealed the deal for me. Christmas has come.

What a beautiful event.

It's hot and humid here in Austin.

The babies are big and cute with lots of smiles, a few giggles and lots of work.

I miss you guys but I've been of some help here I think.

See ya soon

Nice! Right now we are getting covered in TONS of snow. By morning we will be under 18-24" of it. For some reason I really like clearing the drive way (only some times) and playing in the snow.
